Holly Suminski

For over 30 years, Holly has earned a reputation for being one of the area's most well-respected and admired real estate professionals. Her experience is deeply rooted in the Chester and Mendham areas, although she has successfully marketed and sold homes throughout North-Central New Jersey. Her firsthand knowledge of the regional real estate market makes her a leading choice among buyers and sellers in Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren and Sussex Counties.

One of Holly's most prized accomplishments was inclusion in the Turpin Million Dollar/President's Club for over 20 years. She was also named a Turpin Real Estate Top Ten Agent in 2015 and 2017, and was recognized by NJ Monthly magazine with their Five-Star Professional Award from 2012 to 2017. These accomplishments speak to Holly's highly dedicated and professional attitude.

After attending the University of Oregon, Holly was a guest relations specialist Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Those experiences honed her customer service, training, public speaking and communication skills, providing her with an ideal background for residential sales. To this day, Holly is influenced by her incredible experience with Disney and prides herself on ensuring that every client receives personalized attention. Each transaction Holly manages is handled with a great degree of confidence, allowing her clients know they're in good hands.

Holly has three grown children who have benefited from the area's exceptional school system. One of her children has been involved with Special Olympics for many years, an organization close to her heart and which has connected her with many other families of children with special needs.
